Lady calls me up. She is trying to "install Microsoft Word". I start to ask her questions, but she starts explaining to me everything she has tried, and WHY it should have worked and how it must be our computers fault that it didn't. I try without success to get her to shut up long enough to find out anything. She just keeps talking. Soon she gets irritated that I haven't helped her. I can't even get a word in edgewise. Eventually she does shut up, and I find out........................She never even bought Word. She was trying to install it from a website that offered it for free. She never did install word, however she had successfully installed back doors and viruses several times.
