I'm sitting at work with almost no workload. I'm bored out of my mind wanting something to do. A man comes into the store, he asks me if we work on red hat servers. As a company policy where I worked we officially Did NOT work on servers. However I am Linux proficient and bored out of my mind. I tell the customer our policy and that I can look at it anyways. Since it was sat all the local remote admin companies were closed. He tells me it's in a rack and he will bring it over in an hour or so.
.....several hours pass.
He returns in a pickup truck. In the back of the pickup truck strapped down is the ENTIRE RACK. Instead of sliding the computer out of the rack and bringing that in, they disconnected all the network and power cables. Unbolted the rack from the floor. And forklifted the thing into the pickup.
The man was not very happy when I explained the quick remove function of the slide out rails on the rack.
I did fix the server, Dunno if he ever got the rack back in correctly.
