Tho this seams to be related to another Custards story, it is completely separate. I didn't personally take this call it was taken by a dispatch operator, our head tech overhead the dispatcher take the call.
A frantic call comes in, a secretary is calling us because they want to know what to do with there server. She tells us that the building is on FIRE. Yes you read that correctly, there company is on FIRE. She took the time to sit down and call a support center to ask about there server.
Our head tech grabs the phone and simply says "Get the hell out of the building".
There should be a moral here. I think the moral should be, SAVE YOUR BACKUP OFFSITE AND IN FIREPROOF SAFES. Ok so that moral was a re-run. Sue me. (I'll add you to the lawsuit section)
