A lady comes into the store, very angry that the memory we sold her broke her computer. I place the computer on the counter and open it up. Look into the computer, then promptly excuse myself, I walk back past the tech room, and into the storage room. I then proceed to beak down laughing. After a few moments I compose myself and return to talk with customer. Customer had successfully installed two sticks of 72 pin memory into the computers PCI slot. The fact they didn't fit together, were different length and thickness didn't bother her she did successfully get them COMPLETELY inserted. By what she finally admitted was a ball-peen hammer.
